The founder is a graduating alumnus from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor with a degree in African-American Studies and Political Science. He is also a veteran of the first Persian Gulf War member of the United States Marine Corps.

As a student at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, the founder participated in numerous positive activities, and engaged in several courses of study. These included argumentative writing, Chinese government, Great Books, legal process, quantitative/qualitative analysis, and Soviet history. As an actively engaged student on campus, the founder was involved in computer software consulting and evaluation, and participated in the following University of Michigan organizations; LeaderShape Institute, Bursley Veterans Volunteers, Ambassadors, Student Orientation Leaders, Student Assembly, NAACP, College Democrats, Economics Society, Union Board of Representatives, and North Campus Commons Task Force.

During his time at the University of Michigan, the founder was influenced by such guest speakers as Maulana Ron Karenga, Ph.D. (Writer/Philosopher), Madame Zhe (Minister of Education, Peoples Republic of China), Ivan Van Sertima (Writer/Philosopher), a Madagascan Ambassador (1989), and General Alfred M. Grey (Past Commandant, United States Marine Corps).

As a United States Marine, the founder trained as both an infantry mortarman, an intelligence specialist and an officer candidate. Additional military training included Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Decontamination procedure, Jungle Environment Survival, and Surveillance and Target Acquisition. His military awards include Meritorious Unit Commendation, Selected Marine Corps Reserve Medal, National Defense Service Medal, and Sea Service Deployment Ribbon.

From 1997 to 2006, the founder served as a member of the Detroit Police Department's finest. Serving primarily in the role of street enforcement, the founder was assigned first to the then Sixth Precinct (now referred to as North-West District), and later to the prestigious Tactical Services Section. In 2006 with a desire to continue with his first passion (Information Technology), the founder resigned from the Detroit Police Department.

In 2008, the founder undertook studies at Detroit's prestigious Focus: HOPE campus. There as a metriculating student enrolled in the Information Technology curriculum, the founder excelled in his studies of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Cisco Systems based networking technologies, and server technologies. He has earned certifications as a Microsoft Certified Professional, CompTIA A+ certified technician, and is working toward the goal of Cisco Certified Entry Level Technician. He maintains an ultimate goal of achieving his Microsoft Certified Information Technology Professional Enterprise Administrator certifications.

The founder's personal interest include advanced level tactics & skills recreation, chess, computer technology, international political economy & law, karate, leadership reading, motor crafts, Napoleonic miniatures war gaming, photography, plastic model building, S.C.U.B.A. diving, sketching and travel.
